INDIAN STUDENTS PLEASE HELP..

ok ...after waiting for like a month..i today decided to write off a personal request letter and a official email printout from the University and i went in person to the VFS,chandigarh morning in early hours and gave them the request letter along with proof of deferment by 2 weeks from the UNI.now in the evening what i see is changed passport status which i am not much Familiar with. it says "Processed Passport received at Chandigarh AC on 04/01/2011. Following documents are required for collection of the Passport:
•Original Invoice cum Receipt
•Passport stamped acknowledgement copy "

now my cause of concern is normaly we indians got to see the status viz " passport dispatched to VFS on Date via vide bill BLAH BLAH BLAH "

i hereby urge you guys to please clarify me on this..as this is like a pain in the ASS.
Did you guys had the same status as mine (written above in para 1 ") or the one in the PARA second.,

Whether did u selected the option to receive it thro courier, if so then u ll receive it by courier. But suppose if blue dart doesn't have service in your area, u r supposed to collect the passport in person. Also if door is locked during repeated attempts for delivery your passport ll be on ho;ld in VFs. But in ur case they have also asked stamped passport acknowledgement copy which raises some doubts, which means they have sent u something from embassy through mail, which u didn't correspond. also i read ur posts in other threrads why r u so anxious, they know ur start date very well, my case is even pathetic than yours :'( the only thing we could do is wait, u should have waited atleast for wednesday which is usually their cut off day in a week.

see convincing or not is not a matter at all , first u should not have voluntarily requested for ur file to move forward. Thats over, ASAP go to the vfs centre to inquire whether ur passport is there.
