Indian Students applied to University of Ottawa for January 2016 intake

Can u please guide me? As of now i have not taken my ielts test..(july 16th)..Is it ok to fill the application online will that be enough?
Also the deadline for jan intake for electrical and computers is july 1st.. does it mean that the application has to reach their office before july 1st?

Call them up and confirm this.
The procedure is this:
1. You apply to OUAC and submit the application
2. OUAC forwards the application to uOttawa in 3-5 business days
3. They will e-mail you an acknowledgement of receipt of application along with your InfoWeb account details which will be updated with a list of pending documents. This list will include your IELTS test results.
4. You e-mail them the PDF of all missing docs and they will update your file
5. Once all docs are received they will start evaluating your application.
According to me only step 1 needs to be done by the deadline but you should confirm with them first .
