Indian Provident Fund - what part can be shown as POF/withdrawn?

Hi, from my PF, what part can be shown for POF? Employee/Employer/EPS(pension contribution)?
A little confused about this, can someone who has gone through this please shed some light?
What about the pension contribution amount?

This topic is quite hard to find answers on on google, so im hopeful someone who has left already can reply.

As per the PF process, the amount which can be withdrawn from a PF account can be shown as a POF. You will have to get a document signed and stamped from the PF department.

If i want to use the PF as POF from the private organization i work with, do i get a letter from my company stating that i can use this fund? Will that be enough?

PF is a Govt. service.
As per the PF process, the amount which can be withdrawn from a PF account can be shown as a POF. You will have to get a document signed and stamped from the PF department.
