Indian PCC timeline

Hello folks
I applied for my PCC at BLS Toronto on 3rd Jan,17. Its 2 weeks now but haven't heard from them. On contacting them,they mentioned that the time taken is 4 weeks.
Is anyone else waiting for PCC, if so, can you share your timeline please?

As mentioned on BLS website it takes 3-4 weeks.

Seriously Man have some patience and don't create unnecessary threads.

I was curious coz I have read some people getting it within 2 weeks. Hence, the question !
