I created a PCC application two weeks but made some errors, so BLS returned it. I made another one today but made an unknowing typo on the passport file number (extremely careless of me, I know).
I tried making a third application to rectify this but I'm not able to submit the application. There's only one button available in the home page - "retrieve partially submitted form". Tried making a new account but running into the same issue. There's an ARN generated but when I use it to check status, it doesn't seem to exist.
Has anyone else faced this before? I'd be very grateful to any kind of guidance - my ITA deadline is approaching and I'm at a loss for answers.
