Indian PCC in Toronto - Purpose of PCC

Hi,

I just got my ITA from BCB. I need to provide a PCC from India. I know that I have to get my application form for PCC from the Passport India website but as I need the PCC for PR, what should be the purpose of PCC on that website (passportindia.gov)? I believe it should be a citizenship/nationality application OR Residence Permit. Suggestions are appreciated.
