Indian PCC for future Spouse

Hello all,

I am in a pickle with future spouse PCC situation.

I currently live and work in the US. My AOR date is 27th October and I am going to get married in late November.

My future spouse will be getting a H4 Visa(US Dependent Visa) in late December. I was planning to add her as a dependent in my PR application as soon as i get my marriage certificate.

Now my questions is Can I apply for her India PCC while she is still in India and will that be valid even if she leaves India after the PCC issuance date to live with me in the US?

Or will that PCC become invalid since the issuance date will be earlier than her exit date from India?

the PCC should cover entire duration of stay in India. I guess in this case PCC is most likely to be not valid and your application will be rejected if you do so.

Thank you! The problem that I see currently with applying a new PCC when she is in US is that we wont have any address proof for her in the US this soon.
Do you know how much time IRCC gives to furnish all documents after I have asked them to add spouse?
