Indian passport renewal from interior BC (help needed with where, how, and fees structure)

My passport expired recently.

I am not able to find the address that I have to post my passport and all the documents.

The website (https://www.blsindia-canada.com/) also says they only do it through Purolator. Says one should call BLS Call Centre, should I or can I go to a Purolator office that is nearby ?.

Is this related to the courier service: https://blsindia-canada.com/vas/ or is it something else.

The fees structure is also messy. I don't understand what exactly I should pay.

Here (https://www.blsindia-canada.com/new_ppt.php) it says I only have to pay $110.40 in one check, but here (https://www.blsindia-canada.com/CanadaVisaCCT/passport-reissue-checklist-vancouver.pdf) it says in two checks and that I should include the return courier fees, and there is no mention of how much the return courier fees will be.

Can anyone give me the exact amount that I should put in the envelope and in how many checks.

What envelope sizes I should buy from Canada post or does Purolator have separate ones and is it okay if I staple the applications.

Kindly help me understand what I should do.

Because the address for ontario is given there ,

The link which you mentioned is different to what I have shown. The total money required is 110.40 , plus what the courier service is charging.

You have to pay them, then you will be sent a sticker with address and bar code. You need to print that out and then put in the envelop you are sending. The courier company will pick it up. They will mention the pickup time for you.
