Indian Passport Expiring in Canada

Hi All - My Indian passport is going to expire on 23 April . I am currently residing as PR in calgary. secondly I got married in Last year and I didnt added my husband's name on the passport. so can anyone help me with that how I can get my indian passport renewed / re-issued ? I believe it gona be re-issued because it's almost going be 10 years now.

secondly do I need to add my husband name ?

what forms and proofs I need to get added ?

You can renew your passport in Canada. Check Indian consulate webpage and you will get all details. It is not mandatory to add spouse's name in passport.
