Hi there - Can anyone please advise to how far is the MBA (Finance) recognised and what sort of jobs we can expect initially (without canadian experience). Also, where does this Master's Degree stand in Canadian standards equivalency.

As you mentioned, if you need a quick fast answer. I would start by asking a very simple question if Canada starts to recognize Indian MBA's (without Canadian experience)what value does the Canadian MBA hold in Canada (with or without Canadian experience)? The answer is obvious but nobody will tell you this

Unfortunately, companies in many countries are still a little back-wards and don't recognize degrees from globally accredited universities. Some companies are a little more forward thinking, but the unfortunate reality is many do not without work experience from the intended country. You'd think that by 2010 we'd better understand how to deal with academic and professional experience for new immigrants, but sadly were still not there.
