I read in the site for Red Seal and provincial nomination sites somewhere that in order to challenge the exam, the cookery certificate already attained should be equivalent to level 5 (maybe CLB5 or something?). I was wondering if an Indian diploma in Cookery issued by the Govt. of India from the Institute of Hotel Management of India qualifies for this.
