Indian Business partnership for Canadian Pgwp resident

Hello,

I have a business partnership in India from 2017 with my partners and have all documents: pan, legal papers and bank details. I started college in Canada in 2018 & graduated in May 2019, and I am now on work permit in Canada of 1 year. I have worked for my business from here. Dint take any salary for it though.

Can I show it as a proof of foreign experience for my PR? As I have not uploaded any of these documents at the time of POST Graduation work Permit submission or study permit. Will it be considered or misinterpreted?

No - you can't show this as proof of foreign experience for PR.

You didn't take a salary and were unpaid. So this does not count as work experience.

No. Work experience should be paid.
