I am working in psb bank india
Please help me in getting solution to these queries:
1. Do i need to inform my regional/head office via letter that i am applying for express entry program?
2. What to write in letter when asking them for experience. As we know its difficult to get experience letter in these cases?
3. Or is it fine to inform that the day i receive my PR and then just resign and move to canada?
4. I am worried that wheter canadian officials will inquire about my profile from my head office or not ? And in that case will there be any negative course of action from my bank?

Please help guys.

In my view, you can go ahead and process your PR and its not mandatory that you have to inform. You can reach out to the clerks in your bank and ask for a reference letter with the required details, this worked in the past for many. There might be verification calls from CIC at the final stage of your application and at that time you may need to keep them informed. CIC will reach out to the contact numbers and person details you mentioned in your reference letters, if incase they wanted to verify.
