Hi, I am a Nepali citizen, but married to an Indian. Also, i completed my education in India.
I was studying in India from 17 July 2009 to 3 July 2015. Between this timeframe, I went to Nepal multiple times, and there are multiple entry exit steps to India. Also, after marriage, I moved to India on 3 February 2017 and I lived there till 4 February 2023. On 4 February 2023, I came to Toronto and have been residing here since then. I have visited India twice since I started residing in Toronto.
Now, while applying for police clearance certificate, I have been asked what are the dates that I need in my PCC as I have travelled to India twice after 4 February 2023, and have entry exit stamps after that as well. While applying for Canada PR, under the CEC class, how should the dates in my PCC be mentioned? Do I need to mention the dates I was in India after I started residing in Toronto(just for context, all those visits were one month or less).
Should I just have the last 10 years dates in my PCC or should I have from 2009 to 2015 and again from 2017 to 2023? please suggest.
