Hi everyone. I'd appreciate if someone whose gone through this process recently can clarify some things for me re: application for PCC while living in the USA.

1) I need to send my physical application to the San Fran. office. However, I don't know if I need to address my envelope to the SF Consular General Office or the VFS Branch. I have not found any address. Can someone pls verify for me the address I need to send my physical documents?

2) I'm similarly confused about the shipping labels. With my physical documents, do I need to send them a return envelope with the shipping label or not? In my email confirmation, they say not to pay attention to the instructions on the website. So, I'm confused about whether or not to send them an envelope or just the label so they ship the certificate back to me?

3) The website also mentions that they will not accept USPS shipping labels with an expiry date on it. I've already paid for a return shipping label, and wondering if there's a way I can correct this? Dunno if I can get a refund from USPS...
