I filled in the application form online and took printout of Part-A and Part-B of the form. The Part-A of the application form has the uploaded picture printed. Where do we need to glue the "real" photo on the application form ? Is it on the top of the picture that already exists on top of the printed form OR is there a separate application form to filled in along wth the Part-A + Part-B that is filled online ?

There are NO clear instructions as to where the physical photo needs to be glued.

Hi Please do not paste any photo on OCI form where you have already uploaded photo and signatures. You have send it in a separate small envelope alongwith the application. Only one photo is to be affixed/pasted on Indian Passport surrender application and another photo to be sent separately. I have also sent one photo alongwith original landing paper and Citizenship certificate allthree in one envelope envelope. Finally you have to send one surrender applicaton with photo pasted on it, another OCI form where your photo have been uploaded and your application might have been printed with barcode starting from CANTxxxxxxxx.. If you are personally visiting BLS then there is no problem just keep document and spare photo with and in case it isto sent through courier then send in packed containing,(1) Indian passport surrender application(@) OCI aplication(3) seperate cover in which you will place one photo, Original landing paper and original Citizenship certificate. It will be better if you personally visit BLS so that your original documents will be returned immediately.

Just wanted to clarify that you do not need to courier any original documents to BLS for OCI application. You just need to write on the photocopy "This is a true copy of the original". Sign and date it, and no need to courier original documents. If you want to confirm, call BLS at 289 498 1320
