Indefinate wait time - New Delhi Embassy

I've submitted my passport over to the Delhi embassy back on June 18th, 2011 and still have not received it back. Thera have been no replies to my emails and I'm at a loss as to what should be done next. Having no one to speak to directly at the embassy and the fact that the status of the application on the citizenship and immigration website is never updated makes it quite frustrating. I'd like guidance on what I should do next.

me to i have submitted my passport and medical on 20th july and i m still waiting for my passport with visa.i also didn't get any reply of my email if you get ur PP or any reply then plz let me also knw...
