increase ties in home country!

i am currently pursuing btech and hoping to apply for mtech in Canada next year.
As majority of my family is already in Canada ( my two brothers and mother),
my father is govt. employee woring in home country.

so i think my ties in home country are not strong,
I need some suggestion so that i could plan to increase my ties in home country.

To increase ties you have the following options

Documented proof of

-Being married.
-Bank account.
-Ownership of (flat, business, company) that you must return to take care of it,them.
-employment (secured position).
-If you are going to resume your education in your home land.

I'm willing to apply for study permit next month. Given that both of us are from Egypt, could you please specify how to provide flat ownership

Also, I have couple of questions, did you apply online or through VFS ??

Is medical examination mandatory for applicants from Egypt or not ?

Well to answer all your inquires I will be applying offline (best way for us) this Tuesday hopefully In sha'Allah

It doesn't have to be your own flat maybe your father's or mother's one...a contract or lease translated into English
either preliminary or final
your bank account & your parents'

Medical examination and police clearance certificate are mandatory so do it before you submit your application (upfront)..won't take more than a week to get both of them done.
