INCORRECT PASSPORT NUMBER ON DUBAI PCC

I recently applied for a new police certificate form the Dubai Police website, the application went smooth and I got the certificate in my email the following day. However I noticed the passport number they put in was incorrect, I have no idea how they generated the number, given the fact that I submitted a copy of my passport for the online application. I contacted the Dubai Police office by email and all they said was that the passport number will have to be updated by the Dubai immigration, they didn't tell me how to go about this being that I live in Canada. The crazy thing is that I had applied and gotten this same PCC before back in 2019 and all the information was correct but I had to apply for this new one because it usually valid for only 3 months. I don't know whether to use the PCC and attach an LOE. I am concerned because I got a PR refusal back in 2019 (for a different reason though).
Has anyone experienced this? Please share.

I would recommend reapplying for PCC if possible

After failed attempts trying to get in touch with them and to find out how the error can be corrected, I decided to apply for a new PCC and I got the same thing with the same mistake, even after attaching a copy of my passport.
