Incorrect name on my medical exam report

Hello,

I gave my medical exam recently. They provided the report and had sent a copy to IRCC. It turns out that my middle name in the report is spelled incorrectly. The name in the report cannot be corrected now it seems. Can anyone suggest what could be done?

You can notify them using the Web Form. If all other information matches (including first + last name, DOB and Passport No), and it's a simple typo, I strongly doubt they will be bothered by it. But you can let them now just in case
