Incorrect DOB on 10th certificate(For PD Diploma study visa Canada)

DOB written on by 10th certificate is incorrect, But my passport and DOB certificate has the correct DOB. I have an affidavit stating that my name and DOB that is correct and is registered correctly on all documents except 10th certificate.
I want to pursue PG Diploma in Canada, Will wrong DOB on 10th document cause any issues?
BTW why do we need 10th document when I have a degree?

Did you already receive the admission letter from Canada and applied for study permit?

No I didn't receive any admission letter, I will start applying to colleges in next month.
I was getting my documents ready than I found my 10th ICSE DOB issue.

In that case it is wise to get you documents with correct DOB. Why do you use afidavit if you are able to get it fixed? Visit the college/board and apply for new certificate

Its not that easy to get it fixed that's why I was willing to use affidavit. Once I submit the documents for correction there is no time period to get the process over, and even they dont know when will I get back new documents.
