Incomplete PGWP Application Submission

Hello,

My DLI is taking time to process my letter of completion and final transcript because everything is being coordinated online. My study permit is expiring soon and I was wondering if it's okay to attach a letter of explanation explaining the above situation and then attaching my completed documentation once they're available?

If you have no other alternative, you could try that . . . because there is no other alternative. The more conventional approach is to apply for restoration of your study permit (that's not going to happen, but it's part of the process) along with your PGWP application. The downside is that you wouldn't be able to start working until your PGWP arrives.
