Incomplete - Missing one or more items - Confused

Just got back my application for my OWP.
Says it is "incomplete as it is missing one or more of the following items"
1) Proof of payment of processing fees was not included with your application.
2) Insufficient procesing fees were provided with your application
3) A current, completed and signed Application to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay, or Remain in Canada as a worker (IMM5710) completed and validated online.

Are these trick questions?, Because . . .

I paid the $255. CAD online via Interac and got an Official Receipt from Citizenship and Immigration Canada with Barcode on it which was included in the package. So i am guessing that part 1 and 2 are okay.
but . .
I did Not include the IMM5710 so I know that is missing and needed.

What Confuses me is why they are asking for Proof of Payment and Insufficient Processing Fees if it was included?

It says "one or more" - so it sounds like only the last item was missing.

Did you apply to extend your status? Or did your status expire in Feb? If you did not apply to extend your status, you are now in Canada without status since your OWP was returned as incomplete.

Thanks for the answer. I was figuring the same, that the last item was the only one missing.
Going to mail it back in the morning. They kept my OWP photos. Do I send new photos?

Yes, my status expired in February.
But I also had submitted my Application for Permanent Residence under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class. That was not returned.
So . . . I should be okay? Am I? Do not want to break any laws.

Unfortunately the inland application does not give you implied status. What gives you implied status is the OWP application. Since the OWP was returned, you're out of status in Canada now. You'll need to apply to restore your status back to visitor to get yourself back in status.

I would post your question to the Family Sponsorship section of the forum. Things get complicated when you submit an inland application with an OWP - and then your OWP is returned resulting in a loss of status. The restoration process is outlined here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/visa/validity/restoration.asp

However I would recommend you post to the other section so that you can understand what you can expect, get more advice on exactly what you should do and obtain info on how much longer you may be waiting for the OWP.
