Hello Everyone,

On Feb 26th 2018, I submitted request for PR through Express Entry. On May 7th 2018, I received a letter on MyCIC portal that said:
"Please note that we have not received all of the results of your medical examination. Please contact the
Panel Physician who conducted your medical examination to ensure all required tests were completed and
that there are no outstanding requirements left to complete.
You have 14 days from the date of this letter to comply with the request.
"

However, I contacted my physician's office and they printed out the proof that the results have been submitted long back i.e. September 2017. I am not sure why immigration officer is unable to find the full details. Now the problem I am facing is, in MyCIC portal, there is no place where I can respond with the explanation or upload the medical exam results that physician's office gave me. At this point I am stuck and unable to communicate back the to immigration officer who is processing my application.

Just to give you a background on why immigration officer may have been seeing incomplete information:
In Sept 2017, I got the medical exam done. While creating my eMedical profile, the lady at physician's office used lowercase letters in my passport, for example z1234567.
In Jan 2018 when I went again to get our medical exam (thinking that latest medical exam would be better), the lady at the physician's office used uppercase letters from my passport number, for example Z1234567 to create eMedical profile.
So at that point I had 2 eMedical profiles. Soon the physician's office realized that I already had a eMedical profile so they did not do the medical test for the 2nd time and left the 2nd eMedical profile incomplete.

On May 8th 2018 (after receiving the above mentioned letter on May 7th 2018), I went back to the physician's office and asked them to delete the 2nd incomplete eMedical profile that was created with my passport number in all uppercase letters. The 1st and complete eMedical profile still exists in the system, however the passport number in that eMedical profile is in lowercase.

I need to somehow communicate to the immigration officer that:
1. If she/he searches for my eMedical profile with UMI number from the document that I had uploaded while submitting the PR request, they will be able to find my correct and complete eMedical profile.
2. If the immigration officer does not have option to lookup the eMedical profile using UMI number then they should look it up using the passport number with all lowercase letters.

Any idea how I should proceed here? I guess this is a unique problem that no one has faced before. Any tips or ideas are welcome and highly appreciated.
