Incomplete Application PLEASE HELP

Hello All,

My application considered incomplete :-

- The foreign language documents that have been translated are missing. we require copies of the foreign language documents and their translation.

- The language evidence submitted with your application is not acceptable.

- The photocopies of school records for yourself ( if applicable ) and for your dependent children are missing or are illegible.

???????????????????

( my degree is not from Canada )

my son attend the school in 2010 so we have the school records for only 3 years.

please advice me.

Any non-English or French document must be translated into English or French by an accredited translator. Usually the cost of translating one page in Canada is between CAD 40 to 50. Google for accredited translator at your area.

For the language proof, if you had IELTS exam that you sent to CIC for immigration, you can send a photocopy of it with the citizenship application. Other options are mentioned within the link provided above.

For your son, CIC wants to send all school records covering the last 4 years, even if he studied outside Canada (I have a somehow similar case)

If you are studying in Canada during the last 4 years, CIC wants to send your transcripts even if you did not yet graduate. If not, you may send a explanation letter indicating that you were not studying during the last 4 years.
