Incomplete Application Package on CIC Application Receipt

Hi All,

I got an email this morning that the VAC center in LA had received my passport and other documents. Shortly after I was sent another email with the subject: CIC Application Receipt, to track the status on my passport. When I check the status using the tracking ID + DOB, it says: Your current application status is Incomplete Application Package – Awaiting Applicant to Send Additional Documents to the VAC.
I sent them the docs below and can't seem to understand what is incomplete. Also, will they let me know what documents are missing since there is no way for me to know.
1. Passport Original
2. Consent Forms
3. Letter asking for my passport
4. Photocopy of the money order that I sent to Utah
5. My Contact information

Any help in understanding this is highly appreciated.

Hi when did your passport reach at the VAC ?
Also, did you send the return envelop ?

HEy I got the same message, what happened to your case? Did they send an email explaining what you were mising?

after you got a message saying application incomplete message, you must have posted some documents again to VAC, after you posted do you remember how long did that take to get the visa stamped and posted to your address?

ohh I see 12 days is including everything? I mean you got your passport mailed to your address?
Also did you apply at Los Angeles consulate?

also just curious - could you pls tell me what documents were missing for you?
For me they said I missed the VAC fees and return courier fee
