1. No, you can only co-sign for your spouse.

They are my parents how i cannot join my brother? I heard i can join both . Could you more explain please?
They call co signer , it means i can co signer of anyone ! Am i wrong?

@PMM is right only people who can co-sign are spouses. Spouses are a family unit. You normally don't share expenses with your brother like your spouse. There is nothing tying you to your brother like your spouse. You will have to decide whether you sponsor your parents or your in-laws you can't do both, Sponsoring parents is a large financial commitment.

Yes - you are wrong unfortunately. As others have said, you can only co-sign your wife's application. You cannot co-sign your brother's application. However if your brother has a spouse, that spouse can co-sign his application.
