Income tax

I am new immigrant in BC from end of December 2009, I heard that till the end of April I have to submit tax files. So far I have not any income in Canada, so do I need to submit tax form this year?

Seniors, would you please suggest me the list of forms that I have to submit?

i'm not a senior....

will i wud file tax return for every year, even if my income goes below the taxabale head. that was to indicate that i filed taxes and that i didn't have income or low income.
