Hello , This is Navneet Kaur and I'm the Permanent Resident of Canada Since January 2017. I recently got married in November 2017 and I am still living Back home and will be going back to Canada soon. My question is , Is there any income requirement or job requirement if i want to sponsor my spouse to canada ? I quit my job when i came to India and now its been more than 4 months that i am here in India only . I am concerned when i will apply for my husband spouse visa in canada , do i have to show the job offer letter too ? Please help me out. I am so confused. Thanks in advance.

1. First one is I want to sponsor my husband living outside and our form is ready but am worried to submit my form because am not working since I give birth my daughter three weeks
ago and my income is (0)
2. Secondly, my husband has one refusal visa. That was when I giving birth to my daughter he wanted to visit me. Then, that refusal visa did impact he's PR

No worries.
1) Spousal sponsorship has no income requirements
2) refused visa has no impact on PR application.
1. There is no minimum income requirement. However, you will need to show a solid plan on how you will support yourselves in Canada without welfare. This can be through savings, family assistance, income potential etc.
2. As long as the refusal is fully declared, it isnt an issue.
