Hi.
Need information please. If a baby is born in my family in 2018 and hence my family size increased from 5 to 6(including parents). So should I meet the LICO for 6 members in 2016 and 2017 also or should I meet LICO for 5 members in previous years.
Thanks in advance.

Minimum Necessary Income requirement for sponsors of parents and grandparents
If you are sponsoring a parent or a grandparent, you must meet the minimum necessary income requirement for each of the three taxation years immediately preceding the date of your application. The minimum necessary income requirement is equal to the Low Income Cut-offs (LICOs) plus 30%, taking into account the number of family members for whom you are or will be financially responsible.

Do I have to maintain a minimum income during the processing of the application?
Your Minimum Necessary Income must meet or exceed the Federal Income Table for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship above on the date on which the sponsorship application is signed until the day your family members are granted status as permanent residents.

Income may be reassessed at any time during processing if new information indicates that you may no longer meet the minimum income requirements or if more than 12 months have passed between the dates on which we receive your application and when processing of the application begins.

6. You must meet LICO for all years using the family size at the time of applying.

Hi. But it seems to be weird as you don't know what will be size of family in future. So

The point is to show a history of income that can support the family size at the time of applying.

We don't know yet if it will be 2015, 2016 and 2017 - or 2016, 2017 and 2018. You will have to wait until IRCC posts the requirements.

Thanks for your reply. I do have two more questions
First- my younger sister is 21 years old. Should I include her with my parents for 2019 PGP application?
Secondly- I have my first kid in March 2017 and second kid in September 2018
How do I calculate my total family members and income requirements for 2019 PGP application?

Yes - you include your sister since she is under 22. You must also include both of your children. So you need to meet LICO for 7 people for all three years.
