Including wife in my Express Entry profile

I live in Canada and hold a valid pg work permit. I have more than a year of work experience under NOC B. My wife lives in India. Can I include her in my express entry application as an applicant?

Except for ielts, medical and police verification, are there any other formalities need to be done from her end?

Does she have to go through an interview?

Yes you can include your spouse in the PR application. If you want to add the score for education, you get the ECA done too. They need to attend an interview only if they are called for one.
