Including Fiancee in application

Hello,
I applied on Sept 2007 in the SW class,
I was single by the time

Now, I decided to marry my girlfriend whom I met after submitting my application.

My questions:
1-) Can I include her now in my application?

2-) If so, would I go to the end of the queue, or the time that I've waited is still considered??

Adding her will not put you at the end of the queue but it will delay your application a bit while they process her papers. Still it's better than trying to sponsor her later since if you marry her right away after getting PR, immigration might assume that you were already in a serious relationship or even common law before you landed as PR so they will be ticked off that you didn't add her before and might give you trouble.

Hi Leon, I sent my application to CIO during the first week of June 2010. I belong to NOC 1111, that's why I was in a rush to submit my application before they remove accountants from the demand list, which they did on 26 June 2010. In May 2010, which is before I submitted my application to CIO, I proposed marriage to my long-time gf and she accepted it. I want her to be with me. However, I did not mention her in my application.

Question 1:
Is it ok that I did not mention her in my application?

We set our civil wedding in the 3rd week of September 2010. I still have not received a reply from CIO but I expect to receive it during the last week of September.

Question 2:
Will there be any complications on my application due to my impending marriage?
