Include Canadian Work Experience in Express Entry

Hi Everyone,

I am wondering if I can put my second work experience below in EE to help me on my PR. This job doesn't assure me of the NOC though as the company told me they don't do NOC but they've given me the employment letter with the job responsibilities in it. I believe though that it is under NOC 6221 as I was doing sales - specifically selling a software platform for marketing businesses.

If I don't include it, I am still eligible under CEC because my 1st and 3rd job helps me reach to 12 months (months are counted instead of hours).
But if its the hours (30 hours a week) I will count for eligibility, I would have to include the 2nd job to get the 1560 hours needed in CEC as of February 27, 2022.
If not, I would have to wait until June 2022 to complete the 1560 hours (Need more months from present job).

November 2020 - May 2021: NOC 6221 (Technical Sales Specialist) - 7 months: Assured NOC
June 2021 - September 2021: NOC 6221 (Technical Sales Specialist) - 4 months: Not Assured NOC
October 2021 - Present: NOC 1215 (Supervisors, supply chain, tracking and scheduling co-ordination occupations) - 5 months: Assured NOC

So my question is:

1) If for instance I am now submitting the employment letter from my employers and they found out that my 2nd job did not have the responsibilities match the NOC 6221, would I still get in trouble for it? Even though by that time IRCC has my documents (on or after June 2022), I would have completed the 1560 hours from both my 1st and 3rd job.
