Hi all

I was thinking of including a printout of my 401K info as well as a copy of the beneficiary form which names my wife (Canadian who is sponsoring me) as the sole beneficiary.

Has anyone done this? Would this be a good piece of evidence to our relationship (in addition to 150+ pictures of us and both our families, and detailed accounts of the development of our relationship) or would this maybe be seen as a MOC red flag?

As just one piece of evidence, with plenty of other items, no problem.
It shows evidence that helps your case.

Don't rely on it as your main piece of evidence.
You need more than that to prove a relationship.

Thank you for the response. And of course. As I mentioned there are over 150 pictures of my wife and I (and her kids/our families/relatives) together on our wedding and various occasions/trips, pictures and receipts of gifts we've given one another, scans of cards from our wedding, a letter from our church, proof of join bank account, emails/facebook printouts, etc...just wanted to make sure that if I threw something (substantially) financial in there, it wouldn't raise any eyebrows.

Sounds good.
Finance is part of a relationship.

It is not as if you deposited 1.5 Million dollars in the bank as a payment for immigration :)

She only gets 10% of that! And I also need her credit card number! And...how did you know!!

j/k ;D

Yes your evidence seems great! And financial evidence is definitely helpful to show a genuine relationship.
