My case is that in 2009 I left the US though i was supposed to go to a judge hearing
before all this I entered the US legaly under a J-1 exchange student visa and when it was almost expired I applied for affirmative asylum thinking that I will be approved.
The asylum office refered my case to the immigration court
I did not even wait to go to the judge hearing and left the US immediatly thinking that was a final refusal.i am afraid i was ordered removal in absentia but I am not sure
and I don't know if i have 5 years or 10 years bar or any bar at all
I am applying for an entry express Canadian permanent immigrant program which I qualify for now and I am afraid since the US and Canada share information this will affet me
Do i still need a waiver of grounds of inadmissibily by filling the form i-601
I have never had any criminal record and never been to jail and I did not sign any 5 or 10 years bar i simply left the States.
What options do I have

PS whenever I tried to call the departement of justice and i enter my alien number it says that my case is still pending or i still have a hearing though i left 9 years ago
