In trouble(FSW)..seniors please help

Hello,
I am from pakistan, I applied under FSW in jan 2010, and got positive reply in 15th march 2010, my 120 days have been completed on 12th july 2010, but i am not able to submit my complete application to my visa office address.

Anyone please suggest my what will i do? As, the reason of not submit my application to visa office is "unable to provide bank statement".
Is there any way that I may submit bank statement, as proof of fund, at later stage?

Or is there any other way which will be helpful for me. Please Please

Your question is bit unclear.

Assuming that you could not submit your full docs within 120 days.

If you did not submit your complete docs within 120 days, this simply means THE END of current story. Wait for your refund and prepare your new application, if you still intends to migrate.

Well, if you submitted your docs, except your bank statment, than VO may/may not ask you to submit it.

You need not to submit docs now, as it is useless now. You have lost the oppertunity.
You should ask CHC (responsible for processing your file) for refund of your fee. There is no harm in asking them for refunds. You may specify them CURRENCY in which you want your refunds.

It depends on visa office he may/not ask you to submit your bank statement. but assume that this is the END OF YOUR GAME. as you have not submitted ur full docs within time limit. keep ur fingers cross and pray visa officer remind you for bank statement. i will quit with positive that he may ask u if u hanve mentioned earlier that u will submit ur statement later.

Dear Sami,

I think you should go ahead and submit the documents as it is no harm taking a chance when you know that they might return your file, but there may be delays in mail and they might consider it. SO, i would suggest you submit your file with a cover letter that your bank statements have not been available as of now. I am hopeful that they will accept your file since they do not immediately review your file after receiving it, they take around 10-15 days to open it.

Also, what is the reason you have not have ur bank statement? Dont you have funds? Please clarify. If you do not have funds and if you mention it to visa office that do dont have funds, they will certainly reject the case. There have been many cases in which due to insufficient funds, cases have been rejected. So think about it but submit your docs at least. WHen they review your file and they dont see proof of funds, they will ask for it and you will certainly get some time to arrange funds as well. Please clarify your situation. Best of luck.

120 Days is quite a good time I.E 4 MONTHS to arrange docs. I am sure V.O will not accept ur docs now since ur last date was 12th July and its already 19th July and also POF is not arranged for which they are very particular if u read the posts on this forum. Next if u send it across and it is rejected it takes time to get ur docs back.
Best is to ask for a refund and apply if ur NOC is still there on the new 29 occupation list as u will need all these to submit to CIO.

You are late, you were suppose to inform them in writing and give tangible reasons why you can not submit your full docs. You have lost the chance. There is no chance at this point in time. A friend of mine sent her application and it delayed in the mail and it was received 3 days after her dateline and she was rejected for that reason.
