In Transit to VAC

Hi,

My status changed to application processed and in transit to vac(today on Friday)
My question is when will vac receive my passport and send it back to me?

If VAC receives on Monday and sends me back by end of that day,then will USPS deliver passport on Tuesday by end of the day(5 pm)
Because i have my flight ticket booked on Wednesday early morning 6 am!!

Iam really confused what to do? if i need to extend the date then i must request them at least before 48 hours i.e on monday.

can anyone tel me what can i do?

thanks for your quick reply...
I have called VAC staff and asked them, they said probably they receive it on monday and may be during morning or afternoon. whenever they receive they gonna send it to the applicant right away.. if they send on monday does USPS express mail deliver it to me by tuesday evening? or will be any delay? am expecting on tuesday because Express mail usually takes one day during weekdays right?

and am also worried about..as i have seen a message in other thread, that after receiving passport request, he got a rejection letter with his passport.

Hows that possible? i am so worried?

Hi,

It's a good idea to ring the LA VAC again on Monday morning.... and request them to despatch the processed passport asap.

As for the person who got a TRV refusal after passport submission, this is unusual. We've seen it happening in cases where applicants have failed to disclose previous visa refusals/entry denied for any other country.... or if the information does not match their passport details.

Also, if you re-read the thread..... s/he submitted her/his passport on December 2..... and the TRV was refused on December 16. It does not take this long for TRV stamping after passport submission.

There's something we do not know (maybe additional information was sought from an external agency/third party sources after his/her passport submission).... or maybe the duration of his/her previous visits to other countries did not match what was stated in the TRV application

I got relief now.. i will be no longer worrying about that..i just need to wait for my passport,all my concern is about whether i receive before Wednesday or not?if i receive finally i can fly on wednesday morning happily and will update the news once i receive it.
