In the past, I had gone to Delhi for studies. How do I get PCC from there?

I came for studies in Delhi for BA (3 years), then back to Chandigarh. Again I came for study in 2015 for 1 year, then back to my home in Chandigarh and worked there for a year. I have got an ITA. I'm applying for police clearance certificate in Chandigarh. Do i need to apply for PCC in delhi as well? If yes, my concern is that I don't have any id proof of Delhi other than my college and hostel fee receipts and college card. What should I do?

Get a PCC from a Passport Seva Kendra. That covers the whole country and you won't need to get state specific PCCs
