In the past four (4) years, were you in a country or territory other than Canada for 183 days or more in a row (since the age of 18)?

I am a bit confused with the statement below and would appreciate if someone can help me on that.

In the past four (4) years, were you in a country or territory other than Canada for 183 days or more in a row (since the age of 18)?

My past four years window is from May 2016 to May 2021. I stayed in KSA (not my Origin) from Jan 2015 to June 2016. Thus one month falls within the 4 years window but more than 183 days in a row if I consider more than four years. Do I need to say "Yes" or "No"?

If I select Yes, I have an option to explain the fact that the people who are not in KSA now don't have to provide police clearance.

You will state "No" as you stayed for one month only during your eligibility period.
