I checked the status today and this is what I saw:
Permanent Residence

We received your application for permanent residence on July 10, 2014.

We started processing your application on March 31, 2015.

Medical results have been received.

Does this mean that I am likely to get my approval soon?

Its really difficult to say. We don't know your visa office, nor any info about the history of your file. In Process simply means file is under process, and depending on the file, you may get your visa next week, or if you have issues in file, may get in 4-5 months, or longer, depending on your visa office. So, none of us can tell you anything based on the info you provided, except that your file is In Process. Please provide more info, or join the thread of your visa office.
