'In-Process Status" On E-cas Real Position

can any one inform me , what is real state of your application when status is "In-Process" , on ecas.

What working is completed by VO at this stage , and chances of sucess Etc

what do you mean in " in process with processing date "? but base on my understanding in your question, it's mean that they are working on your applications received on that date. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp you can check the link for further clarification.
