IN PROCESS SINCE OCT 2007

this is my first post so hi to everyone... can some one tell me whats is happening with my application.

simplified process
category - IT
applied - aug 2007
letter with file number - sep 2007
online status - in process since oct 2007
1st letter - aug 2009( if intrested n no refund after this) (online shows in process)
2nd letter - sep 2011 (documents requested )(online shows in process)
documents submitted (deadline was dec 2011)- doc submitted on nov 2011(online shows in process)

no reply from them for received docs.online last checked on april 2012 still IN PROCESS.


WILL THEY RETURN MY APPLICATION looking at the new rule of backlog case or that IN PROCESS online message is of some hope.

From the user name, I can guess, you're must be a Tamilian.

CIC is KOLAVERI about applicants prior to Feb 2008.

Is New Delhi your visa office?

Its high time that you better contact CIC via email to check the status why its its still in delay..
I afraid that they could return your applications which was filed before feb2008.

I wish they don't but thats the reality, try to get the response from CIC on what they are going to do and proceed from there.

hi thanx for ur reply ... i did call them to check if they have received my docs..they said they will check n email me ...but nothinn...i am not doinn much coz i feel if i am callinn too much it would just disturb them n all the patience i had all this years will be in vein...
