hi, April 17 Cairo started processing
and the status hasn't been changed since then!!!
8 months and no news
dont know how long it will take...
that i will hear from them soon

it takes time , you can do nothing about it except being patient

first... u can do many things.. you can email them and make an inquiry to the cairo office...

second you or your spouse i don't know who is the sponsor... but hte sponsor have to contact the MP.. which is member of parlimant... and then get them to contact the office...

the third thing u can do is to request your caips and ask for help...

I don't usually talk to people on msn so I rather that we speak here.

I Have a few questions for you?

Did u submit good evidance? What did u submit? Tell me ur situation.

This way I can better judge. Usually, they classify the files based on complixity. Things that matter is age difference, background, religion, education, etc.

Did u submit lots of photos. As I mentioned before, your best thing is to contact ur mp right now.

Was it In Canada application? And if Outside Canada, then for which country?

It is in the Cairo office. I got my AOR as well in April but we got the visa in Sepetember, so I highly recommend that they contact the MP. Our mp told us what was the hold on our application. Security clearance in our case which suppose to take 3 months so as soon it finished they gave us the visa.
