my address disappeared on Febraury 15 2012

and today i checked my ecas again and it has
decision made but still says
We received your application for permanent residence on April 27, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 23, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

but right next to it, it says in process
We received your application for permanent residence on November 18, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 22, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 22, 2012.

so i guess that when your address disappears cic is working on your application

usually a DECISION MADE before MR means REJECTION. but hopefully it's a system glitch.

i applied on april 2010
received first aor on july 23 2010
sent full application on nov 18 2010

rececived second aor on may 14 2011

on june 10 2011 (ecas changed to decision made )

and today i saw ecas in process
