I hope that I am not repeating what someone has addressed already...
What are the potential problems with an application for sponsorship of a young man in 20's with no criminal record , came to Canada as a refugee claimant , never has been on social welfare , attending school paying intl fees full time , working full time , comes from moratorium country ( cant be deported as yet ) and has an N & C in application for a year now ....please tell me areas in my application that I need to strengthen ...should I mention that I have an application for H &c in process ...the file was transfered to local office

The title of your thread is "inland spousal sponsorship".

Where is the marriage in this? All I'm reading is H&C?

Anyway, expect the application to be scrutinized closely for "genuine relationship". Don't expect Approval In Principle and DO expect an interview. You know if you apply inland there is no Appeal to the Immigration and Refugee Board if refused. And applying inland does not enable him to stay in Canada if the moratorium is lifted and a removal order is issued.

You must mention, where asked, about any and all immigration applications in process or in the past. If you don't, when they find out about the other applications (which they will), you will have misrepresented yourself and, since it's inland, a removal order would probably be issued thereby jeopardizing the H&C application as well by severely damaging your credibility.

Do you have a consultant or a lawyer handling your refugee and H&C matters? What have they said to you about likelihood of success of these applications?
