In land sponsor ..is it posible to get a refusal after AIP?

can I still get a refusal or ask for an interview after AIP ? And what can be the cause too ? How often can I check E-cas , can it affect any decision making if I check it every single day ? Do they track how often u check it same way on how often u call center ?

Yes you can, if they discover something in your application, like if you lied about something, or misrepresented something. No it doesn't affect your file checking ecas, and don't rely on it so much, its slow to update.

Thanks .. I should be good no lie what's so ever , I just thought after AIP the process was almost completed ... It's been already 2 month now after AIP ,how much longer should I wait ??

If you applied inland, your country *shouldn't* matter. The CIC website currently states that stage two (what you're awaiting now - stage two approval/principal applicant approval/decision made/"DM") is finished within 8 months for 80% of inland applicants. That means that what you do now is...wait!

Generally, once you have AIP, CIC has decided that your relationship is genuine. There is far less chance of an interview now. During stage two, they closely examine the principal applicant to determine if he/she is admissible to Canada (no criminal background, etc.).
