Are there a chance for me to get visa approval for the second appeal because of this grounds i have not demonstrated employers genuine need to employ a fulltime caregiver. The child is 15 years old already.

Why does the 15 year old need a caregiver? Are they developmentally disabled?

So with a 15 year old with no special needs, IRCC probably sees this as you (your family) attempting to get you permentent residency outside of normal channels. I’d suspect that an appeal will fail.

Not sure an appeal (given it could take months, even a year) is a good idea. You were refused because the family doesn’t need nor can justify a full time care giver for a 15 year old. The child will be in school most of the day, and can be at home alone after school. The child can get up on his own and get to school (most kids do that now), have a part time job and will start driving soon too. parents can check up on the child without the need for a caregiver. Do the parents both work night shifts, at the same time, so the child is alone every night on his own? That would be the only way if no parents were home at night. And even then given the possible length of the appeal could be graduating high school by then.

According to them he is alone at home and both parents are working but he is physically fine.
A 15 year old doesn't need a full time caregiver. This is why the application was declined.

There is no point applying again. You will be refused again if you apply a second time.

Find a new one. A 15 year old doesn’t need a full time caregiver. By the time appeal process cconcluded the child may no longer be a minor,
