I am filling the application for in home caregivers. Wondering if anyone has experience doing this and can help out?

1. Expected Employment Duration?

2. Minimum skills/experience?

3. Rationale?

4. Plan to hire Canadians?

5. Can we advertise and apply for LMIA based on 30 hours per week employment?

If you are working as an immigration consultant and have to come to an internet forum to get help on how to complete paperwork for your clients - then I don't think you should be an immigration consultant. Tell your client you don't know how to fill out the form and suggest they hire someone who does.
