I have applied for Jan 2014 intake. Accor. to new university (as I am going to universities) rules it is clear that you have choice between education loan or GIC. here is the link ...

is it very difficult to get admission in mcgill university in M.engg. in mechanical enginnering.

McGill University is ranked 21 in the world university rankings for 2013. YESSS!! Its difficult to get admission in there. It would depend on your overall package, ur research interest, ur past activities, some experience etc etc. I would suggest u to apply to atleast 2 more universities as a backup.
