I have finished my UTP II from ICM in December 2013 and then went to Swinburne University Australia from fed 2014. I did my first semester and was doing second semester until I decided to drop one course and by staff mistake they withdrew me from university. They admitted their mistake and reinstated me which took approx 2 weeks and by then I missed my quizzes assignments and even course materials because my access was blocked then I decided to withdraw and apply for next intake. I came back to India my sister got married and I have received admission for September intake in swinburne but before finally going I have a change of mind and now I am wanting to go back to University if Manitoba, I have applied for admission based on my ICM and I am sure I will get my place but now I am worried about visa thing. I do still hold a valid study permit but visa is expired. My question is
1. What am I suppose to do ?
2. What are my chances of getting VISA ? As if I go ahead and apply I would be risking my swinburne admission. If my chances of getting Canadian VISA is high I wouldn't mind risking.
Please give me advice, solution for this problem. The main reason I am thinking of moving back to Canada is because eventually I want to settle down there.
